Join us for a powerful two-day Leadership Training Workshop designed to empower leaders working in Indigenous contexts across the Pilbara. With a strong focus on cultural relevance, this program will explore modern leadership theories through an Indigenous lens, combining Western frameworks with the wisdom and values of Aboriginal leadership traditions. Together, we'll unpack emotional intelligence - how we understand ourselves and others - and its vital role in respectful, effective leadership across diverse teams.

Through interactive learning, shared stories, and group discussion, participants will learn how teams function and how to elevate individuals and teams to high performance, learn and practice tools for having courageous conversations, and explore what it means to lead innovation while remaining grounded in culture and Country.

Topics covered:

-Emotional intelligence - understanding ourselves and others

-Building effective teams

-Leading innovation and change

More than just training, this workshop will also be a conversation, an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and reflect on what leadership means in today's world and on Country.
